One Peak was born from a shared belief: every business deserves clarity. One Peak has its roots in Nepal — a place where mountain peaks aren’t just landscapes, they’re teachers. They teach patience, resilience, steady progress, and the importance of taking each step with intention.
New Zealand is another home shaped by peaks, open skies, and people who build big things with humble determination. And in working closely with small businesses here, the pattern is familiar: so many owners are climbing their own mountains every day. But instead of rock and ice, their challenges looked like:
Spreadsheets that don’t make sense
Reports no one ever explains
Data everywhere and clarity nowhere
Decisions made on “gut feel” because the numbers feel overwhelming
Therefore, One Peak was born because:
Small businesses were underserved.
Tools were too complicated.
Consultants were too corporate.
No one was translating data in a way real people could use.
One Peak is a partner that makes analytics simple, practical, and human. We work with you, side-by-side.
We listen first.
We simplify.
We tailor.
We stay flexible.
Because climbing is easier when someone clears the path and walks beside you.
Our philosophy is simple:
At One Peak, your success is our summit. Let’s climb together.
One Peak Story
Meet the Team
One Peak is a reflection of my values and how I’ve worked throughout my career, which is why I founded it.
No matter where I worked — across technology, operations, sales, and business management, I always found myself doing the same thing: trying to make work clearer, simpler, and less frustrating for people. That meant cutting through impressive-looking dashboards that weren't actually helping anyone make better decisions.
In recent years, I've worked extensively with CRM systems, enterprise platforms, AI, automation, and complex workflows. But it was working closely with businesses, especially small businesses, that truly shaped my perspective.
I kept seeing the same pattern. Business owners were working incredibly hard yet still feeling stuck. Not because they lacked ambition or insight, but because the tools felt overwhelming and the advice felt out of reach. Technology felt expensive. AI felt intimidating. Consultants felt distant. And clarity felt like something only large organisations could afford.
That frustration is what made One Peak personal for me.
Having grown up in Nepal and later building my life in New Zealand, I understand what it means to climb steadily, adapt to new environments, learn as you go, and make progress one step at a time. That mindset shapes how I work with clients today.
At One Peak, I bring a hands-on and practical approach to analytics, automation, and process improvement. Drawing on my Master's degree in Business informatics and years of experience working with data, systems, and business operations, I work alongside businesses to simplify complexity, translate data into actionable decisions, and build systems that support how people work, not the other way around.
Because clarity shouldn’t feel intimidating. And climbing is easier when someone walks beside you.
